Shipping

For items with ready stocks, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. Orders placed on a Friday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.  For local courier, after the parcel has been picked up from us, it should reach the recipient’s address in 1 – 2 working days.

For homemade items on pre-order basis, your order will require 5 - 10 days to complete for shipping. We will contact you once the order is ready for shipping.

For urgent or bulk orders of more than 10 homemade items for pre-orders, please send us an email at hello@tsutsumisquare.com before placing the order.

Local shipping

All local Singapore orders $59.99 and below: $3.50 shipping and handling fee
All local Singapore orders $60 and above: Free delivery

Orders with Singapore shipping address will be delivered by door-to-door delivery. Standard delivery lead time is usually around 1 - 3 working days. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified accordingly.

International Shipping

We are currently not shipping our items internationally. We are working on making that happen, and will provide the details for worldwide shipping here once we are ready to send the items overseas.
