I started with the idea of making the Tsutsumi Square Wrap for my food takeaways, because I like that a fabric carrier can be washed and reused many times. On top of that, it can be repaired if the stitches come loose or the fabric tear slightly, thereby extending the lifespan of use and delaying it from reaching the landfill too soon.

So here is Tsutsumi’s sincere offer to you: If your Tsutsumi Square Wraps have been well-loved and well-used within 12 months of your purchase, we would like to help you do some mending and offer some tender loving care to your Tsutsumi Square Wrap(s).

Examples of mending works we can do:

• Sew up loose stitches
• Replace worn out velcro fasteners
• Replace worn out plastic snap buttons
• Mend minor tear on fabric

Please do understand that the repairs will be carried out to our best ability and the replacement materials may not be exactly the same as the original materials (subject to availability). We are also unable to restore the item to its original brand new condition.
